Matthew Warren Eastman died during the Civil war, we believe Sarah remarried but it doesn't appear she survived to 1870.  Researching the census records 1860 -1880 it we discovered two orphaned Eastman children living in Stearns households, we believe they were born to Matthew and Sarah.
